Grape Blend: Zinfandel (no, not "white zinfandel")
From: Fiesole, Italy
Year: 2005
Taster Comments: earty, slatey tast, needs to breathe, lots of tannons. It has a fragrant nose of raspberry and spice. On the tongue, it has notes of plum and black cherry with a bit of clove and tobacco.

I enjoyed your review. I had a bottle of the 2007 last night and found it quite yummy, inky, deep-flavored; remarkable gravitas in an inexpensive wine; went well with cheese & a roast chicken.
